What does your car need?
Regional pickup guidance is available for customers arranging car repair from Abu Dhabi or car repair from Sharjah through our Al Quoz 4 workshop.
You do not need to identify a failed part before contacting us. Choose the closest outcome below. If the problem crosses more than one system, book an inspection and describe what the car is doing, when it happens, and whether it is safe to drive.
For a problem that may involve several systems, use our general car repair hub. To plan an inspection or workshop visit, see our car workshop in Al Quoz 4. For a broader garage overview, use our auto garage Dubai page.

Estimated service and repair prices
These Dubai market-based ranges help you understand the likely scale of common work. They are not fixed offers. The final total depends on the vehicle, fault, parts choice, access, additional damage and testing required. Your written estimate will state the approved scope, inclusions and VAT treatment before work begins.
Inspection and maintenance
AED 0 to 450A free workshop inspection is available. Routine oil service commonly falls within this broader planning range depending on oil specification, quantity and filter choice.
- Workshop inspection: free
- Oil and filter service: estimated AED 275 to 425
- Diagnostic testing may be quoted separately when deeper testing is required
Wear-item repairs
AED 225 to 1,400Typical planning range for a defined wear-item job. The payable total changes with vehicle size, parts category and whether related work is required.
- Coolant service: estimated AED 225 to 375
- Brake work: estimated AED 550 to 750 per axle on standard vehicles
- Battery replacement: estimated AED 350 to 750
Larger mechanical work
Quoted after inspectionEngine, transmission, major suspension, collision and multi-system repairs need a vehicle-specific estimate. Access, diagnosis, parts availability, calibration and testing can materially change the total.
- Approve only the defined inspection or dismantling stage first
- Compare parts options on equivalent scope
- Receive revised approval terms if findings change
Agency comparison: independent workshop pricing can be 65% to 70% lower than agency pricing when equivalent labor scope and parts are compared. The saving varies by vehicle and job, so compare the written inclusions rather than the headline number alone.
Mechanical and electrical
Repairs for the systems that keep you moving
These are the most common workshop routes. For noises, leaks, overheating, vibration or symptoms that cross several systems, start with mechanical car repair. Each focused service page below explains the relevant symptoms and checks. When a warning or driving change could come from several systems, use diagnostics first instead of selecting parts from a fault code alone.
Power and temperature
Engine repair
Choose this route for loss of power, persistent misfire, internal noise, oil-pressure concerns, smoke, leaks or damage linked to serious overheating. Cooling, ignition, fuel, air and electrical causes are separated before internal engine work is proposed.
Explore engine repairShifting and driveline
Transmission repair
For delayed engagement, slipping, harsh shifts, gearbox warnings, fluid leaks or driveline noise. The inspection may include fluid condition, electronic data, mounts and related engine or wheel-speed inputs.
Explore transmission repairStopping
Brake repair
For squealing, grinding, vibration, a soft pedal, warning lights or reduced stopping confidence. Pads and discs are only part of the system, so calipers, fluid, hoses, sensors and related chassis wear may also need checks.
Explore brake repairNoise and vibration
Vibration diagnosis
For steering-wheel, seat or body vibration that may involve tires, wheels, hubs, driveline, brakes or suspension.
Explore vibration diagnosisRide and control
Suspension and steering
For knocking, unstable handling, uneven ride height, heavy steering, play, leaks, pulling or abnormal tire wear.
Starting and charging
Electrical repair
For battery drain, no-start conditions, alternator problems, wiring faults, lighting, modules or electrical equipment. Testing confirms the circuit and cause before components are ordered.

Car AC repair
For warm air, weak airflow, odor, compressor noise or cooling that changes with traffic and road speed. Refrigerant pressure is only one part of an AC diagnosis.

Maintenance services
Maintenance should match the vehicle, its service history and its actual condition. A scheduled service can be combined with a separate concern, but a service-due reminder should not be used to explain an unrelated misfire, leak, vibration or warning light.
Tell us the model and which service is due. If the history is uncertain, we can inspect the car and separate work that is due now from items that can be monitored. This keeps the estimate useful and avoids turning every visit into an oversized package.
Body, paint and interior
Restore damage or improve the finish
Bodywork ranges from a small dent or paint defect to collision damage that may affect structure, wheel geometry, sensor mounts or safety systems. Choose the route that matches the outcome you want and show us the affected area when you request an estimate.
Impact damage
Collision repair
Assessment and repair planning for accident damage, including panels, mounting points and related mechanical or electronic concerns where the impact location requires them.
Collision repair detailsPanels and finish
Body shop
Panel repair, scratches, dents and refinishing for damage that needs more than polishing. The proposed method depends on access, material, paint condition and the desired finish.
Body shop servicesSmall dents
Dent repair
A dent may suit paintless removal when the paint is intact and tool access is possible. Creases, edge damage and stretched metal can require a different repair.

From concern to handover
How your repair is handled
A useful repair process keeps the concern, findings, estimate and final checks connected. You can begin with the model, the service or symptom, and whether you prefer a workshop visit, pickup or an on-site inspection.
Describe the concern
Tell us the make and model, what the car is doing, when it happens and whether driving feels unsafe. A photo or video is optional when it can be captured safely.
Inspect and diagnose
We inspect the relevant system and separate the likely cause from unrelated maintenance. Further testing may be proposed when an intermittent or access-dependent fault needs it.
Review the estimate
You receive the proposed work and estimated total before repair begins. Parts choice, related essentials and optional advisory work should be clear.
Repair and verify
Approved work is completed and followed by checks suitable for the job, such as warning status, leak testing, temperature, road behavior, alignment or finish inspection.
Visit, pickup or mobile assessment
Choose how to start
The Al Quoz 4 workshop is the main route for free inspection and repairs that require lifts, diagnostic equipment, dismantling or controlled testing. Call or WhatsApp with your vehicle model and concern so we can guide you to the right service.
Free pickup and delivery is available. Collection timing and vehicle access are arranged before movement. If the car cannot be driven safely because of lost braking or steering control, severe overheating, major fluid loss, tire damage or a stop warning, discuss recovery rather than attempting to drive.
A dedicated van is available for on-site inspections. Mobile assessment can help when bringing the vehicle to the workshop is difficult, but it does not mean every repair can be completed on-site. Any on-site inspection fee and the checks suitable at your location should be confirmed when arranging the visit.
For a specific part order, we may request the VIN or additional vehicle details after the first contact. For a general repair enquiry, the model and a short description are enough to begin.
If the vehicle has more than one concern, list them separately in the same message. For instance, an oil service, an intermittent warning light and a vibration are three different needs even when they are checked during one visit. Keeping them separate helps the estimate show maintenance, diagnosis and repair as distinct items. You can then approve the work you need without losing sight of the original concern.
Parts availability can influence timing, especially for imported, older, performance or low-volume vehicles. We can start from the vehicle model and concern, then request the exact identification needed for parts matching. A parts estimate should explain whether the proposed item is genuine, OEM-supplier or aftermarket where that distinction is relevant. The suitable option depends on availability, specification, intended use and the complete repair scope.
After the work, the final check should relate to the reason the vehicle came in. That may mean confirming there is no leak, rechecking a warning status, verifying charging voltage, assessing brake operation, confirming cooling performance, checking wheel alignment or inspecting paint finish and panel fit. If another concern remains, it should be explained separately instead of being hidden inside a general statement that the service is complete.

Car repair service questions
I do not know which service to choose. Where should I start?
Describe the warning, noise, leak, vibration or driving change by phone or WhatsApp. If the cause is unclear, start with a free workshop inspection and diagnostics. You do not need to choose a part or technical repair category first.
Can several concerns be checked in one visit?
Yes. List the concerns when you request the appointment. We can plan the initial checks and explain whether they belong to one repair scope or should be handled separately. This is useful when a service-due reminder appears alongside an unrelated warning or driving symptom.
How much will my repair cost?
Routine services and defined wear-item work can often be estimated from the vehicle details, but diagnosis is needed when the cause is unknown. The price ranges on this page are planning figures. Your written estimate will show the proposed scope, parts direction and VAT treatment before you approve the job.
Do you provide free pickup and delivery?
Yes, free pickup and delivery is available. Contact us with the vehicle model, concern and location so collection details can be arranged. If the vehicle cannot move safely, tell us immediately so the correct transport option can be discussed.
Can you inspect the car at my location?
A dedicated van is available for on-site inspections. The checks possible at the location depend on the fault and access. Confirm the suitable inspection and any mobile fee when arranging the visit. Repairs that need lifting, dismantling or workshop equipment will be completed at the workshop.
