Privacy policy
This policy explains what AMF Auto Services may collect through the Auto Repair UAE website, why it is used, when another provider receives it, and the choices available to you.
It applies to website visits, enquiry and appointment forms, calls initiated from the site, and messages sent through linked services such as WhatsApp. Workshop records created after a vehicle is accepted may also be subject to the terms shown on the relevant estimate, work order or invoice.
Collection follows the request
The information depends on how you contact us
Browsing a page, requesting an appointment and presenting a vehicle for repair are different activities. They do not require the same information.
Website visit
Server and analytics records may include IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, and performance or security events.
Enquiry or booking request
You may provide a name, phone number, email address, vehicle make and model, model year, requested service and your message. A booking form is a request, not confirmation that a time or repair has been accepted.
Vehicle information
If relevant, you may provide a VIN, registration details, mileage, warning messages, service history, photographs, videos or documents. Please avoid sending unrelated identity or payment documents.
Workshop record
If work proceeds, the workshop may keep the approved scope, estimate, inspection notes, parts information, communications, invoice and handover record needed to perform and document the service.

How the information is used
AMF Auto Services uses personal data where it is reasonably needed to handle your request, operate the website, protect the service, keep required business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Website analytics or software may help sort, measure or route information. A tool does not by itself approve a repair, determine vehicle safety, or authorize work on your behalf.

- Return a call or message, understand the requested service, propose a suitable contact or appointment route, and keep related communications together.
- Prepare the next step
- Review vehicle details, identify information still needed, prepare a preliminary estimate or explain why inspection is required before a scope can be agreed.
- Perform and document work
- Create a work record, capture approvals, identify parts and labour, issue an invoice, support handover and respond to a later question about the same job.
- Operate and protect the website
- Maintain availability, diagnose technical faults, limit spam or misuse, investigate security events and understand whether important pages are working.
- Legal and business records
- Keep information required for accounting, consumer rights, dispute handling, insurance or other duties that apply to the transaction.

The site currently loads Ahrefs Web Analytics and may use content-delivery or technical services. These providers can receive device, network and page-use information needed to deliver or measure the service.
Services you choose to open
If you select WhatsApp, your message and related account information are handled by WhatsApp and its associated providers. Their privacy terms apply once you leave this website or use their service.
Authorities, advisers or transaction parties
Information may be shared where required by law, to establish or defend legal rights, to protect people or property, or as part of a genuine business reorganization subject to appropriate controls.
Some providers may process information outside the UAE. Where applicable, we use service providers and transfer arrangements intended to support the protections required by relevant law.
No invented blanket period
Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, service relationship, workshop record, accounting, legal, dispute, safety or security purpose for which it is held. Different records therefore have different retention needs. When data is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized or securely archived where continued retention is required.
Reasonable administrative and technical controls are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No website, message service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive information should not be sent through a general enquiry channel.
Children’s information
This website and the workshop services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from a child. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Subject to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and any applicable exception, you may ask about the personal data held about you, request correction or deletion, ask for processing to be restricted, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis used.

Provide enough information for us to verify the request without sending unnecessary identity documents.
We will assess the request against records we must retain and rights or obligations that still apply.
