Car service packages and prices

These estimated package prices exclude 5% VAT. They include the listed materials and standard labor. We confirm the exact parts, checks and total for your vehicle before work begins.

Oil and filter service

AED 240–1,145

Before 5% VAT. The price covers application-correct engine oil, a compatible oil filter, normal drain sealing material, standard labor, an accessible fluid and leak check, final oil-level verification and a service reminder reset where supported. Other filters and repairs are quoted separately.

Scheduled maintenance

AED 620–2,380

Before 5% VAT. The price covers the oil and filter service plus the manufacturer-listed visual maintenance checks due at the visit, including accessible brakes, tires, fluid levels and leaks. Air and cabin filters, spark plugs, fluid changes and belts are included only when named in your written quote.

Service with extended inspection

AED 905–3,335

Before 5% VAT. The price covers the oil and filter service, scheduled visual checks and a broader review of underbody wear, brakes, tires, battery condition, fluid levels and visible leaks. Additional replacement parts, dismantling and fault diagnosis need a separate quote.

Prices vary with engine oil specification and quantity, filter type, vehicle size, access, maintenance schedule and condition. Specialist oil services with high capacities or restricted access can exceed this routine oil-service range; compare the oil-change prices and inclusions if that is the only work you need. The packages are alternatives, not prices to add together.

A package is a defined maintenance visit, not an unlimited repair or diagnostic service. Any worn part, warning investigation, pressure test, dismantling, programming or calibration is explained and priced before you approve it. Compare written quotes using the same parts and included work.

Service due or warning present

Book maintenance without ignoring a fault

A maintenance reminder normally supports a planned service. A red oil-pressure warning, overheating, severe knock, heavy smoke, fuel leak, rapid fluid loss, unsafe brakes, or unsafe steering needs advice before driving. A routine service cannot repair a mechanical or electrical fault simply because the warning appeared near the service date.

Tell us the model and whether the visit is routine or connected to a symptom. We can arrange a workshop visit or free pickup and delivery. A dedicated on-site inspection van is available by appointment. On-site inspection is separate from the free workshop inspection, so its fee and available checks are explained before dispatch.

Maintenance items

What may be due at a car service

Engine oil and filters

Engine oil, oil filter, air filter, and cabin filter are selected by specification and fitment. Oil quality, capacity, drain hardware, filter design, and final-level procedure vary. Filters are not replaced only because they are easy to reach. Their schedule and condition are considered.

Ignition and fuel

Spark plugs, ignition components, fuel filters where serviceable, and intake condition can affect starting, performance, fuel use, and emissions. A misfire requires diagnosis when normal scheduled parts do not explain it.

Cooling and fluids

Coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, differential oil, transfer-case fluid, steering fluid where fitted, and washer fluid have different specifications. A fluid change is not used to conceal leakage, contamination, or internal damage.

Brakes and tires

Pad and rotor condition, brake-fluid state, tire pressure, tread, age, damage, and wear patterns are checked according to the package. Pulling or vibration can require brake, tire, wheel, steering, suspension, or alignment diagnosis.

Battery and electrical

Starting behavior, battery condition, charging performance, exterior lighting, and visible electrical concerns can be reviewed. Battery replacement may require registration or coding. Repeated discharge needs diagnosis rather than repeated battery replacement.

Belts and underbody

Accessible belts, tensioners, hoses, mounts, shields, boots, leaks, suspension joints, and underbody damage can be inspected. Parts hidden behind covers or requiring dismantling are quoted separately when deeper inspection is needed.

Checks below the car

Use the lift inspection to find wear early

A lift inspection can reveal oil or coolant spread, damaged shields, worn suspension joints, cracked bushings, leaking dampers, torn boots, loose exhaust supports, tire damage, brake wear, and impact marks that are difficult to see from above. The technician relates each finding to its severity rather than presenting every mark as an urgent repair.

Safety concerns are prioritized. Maintenance advisories can be planned by remaining condition, mileage, and the risk of secondary damage. If alignment, pressure testing, dismantling, or measurement is needed, the added check and price are discussed first. This keeps the service useful without turning it into an unlimited inspection.

From booking to handover

How your car service is completed

01

Choose a visit

Share the model, required service, and preferred workshop visit or pickup details. Mileage and history can follow when needed.

02

Confirm the package

We identify the likely maintenance items and provide the initial service estimate. The car is checked on arrival.

03

Review additions

Any fault, overdue item, or paid diagnostic step is explained separately. Work stays within the approved total.

04

Complete final checks

Fluid levels, leakage, reminders, warning messages, and the serviced functions are checked before handover.

The invoice records the completed materials and work. Keep it with the vehicle so the next service does not repeat recently completed items. After handover, monitor the parking area, dashboard, fluid level where applicable, temperature, brake feel, steering, and the original concern. Report a serious warning, leak, smoke, or unsafe change promptly.

Service intervals

Time, mileage, and actual use all matter

The owner information and dashboard reminder provide the starting point. Short trips, long idling, heavy traffic, dust, high ambient heat, towing, and repeated high-load driving can change how quickly oil, filters, brakes, tires, batteries, and cooling components age. A dashboard reminder does not measure every component and does not prove that fluid levels are correct.

If the service history is unknown, a baseline visit can establish current fluids, filters, visible wear, and urgent needs. Clean-looking oil does not prove the correct specification was used, and dark oil does not by itself prove engine damage. Condition, history, mileage, symptoms, and testing should agree.

Older cars may need closer inspection of hoses, seals, mounts, connectors, and previous repairs. Newer cars may require programming, calibration, battery support, and electronic service records. Hybrid and electric vehicles have different fluid, cooling, brake, tire, and high-voltage considerations. The service is matched to the actual vehicle rather than a universal checklist.

Parts and fluids

Know what is being installed

Genuine, OEM-equivalent, and quality aftermarket service parts may be available depending on the vehicle and item. The estimate identifies the proposed category. Oil, coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and other materials must meet the requirement for the fitted system. A familiar viscosity or color is not enough to confirm suitability.

Flushes and additives are not included automatically. If sludge, contamination, severe neglect, or an active mechanical fault is suspected, inspection should come before chemical treatment. Used parts are rarely relevant to routine service, but remanufactured or refurbished assemblies may be discussed when a service uncovers a separate repair need. Availability is confirmed from the exact reference before a part is promised.

Damaged filter housings, drain threads, caps, connectors, undertrays, and fasteners are separate repairs. If a previous service has created a problem, we record the condition and explain the safest correction before continuing.

Easy booking

What to send when requesting service

Start with the vehicle model, the service needed, and whether you prefer a workshop visit or free pickup and delivery. Mileage, dashboard reminder, service history, VIN, engine information, or a warning photo can be supplied later when it helps confirm the correct package or parts.

Remove valuables before pickup and identify wheel-lock keys, unusual starting instructions, aftermarket security, or low ground clearance. Do not clear a warning or disconnect the battery immediately before a diagnostic visit. If the vehicle has a serious oil-pressure, temperature, brake, steering, tire, fuel, or smoke concern, call before moving it.

Free pickup and delivery are available across Dubai. The initial workshop inspection is free. Dedicated on-site inspection is available by appointment and has a separate fee when applicable. Routine service timing depends on the package, materials, workshop capacity, and any additional work you approve.

Common findings

What happens when the service reveals a problem

Leak or low fluid

A low level may come from leakage, consumption, an earlier filling error, or an internal problem. We identify the fluid and inspect the accessible source before recommending a repair. Cleaning, dye, pressure testing, or dismantling may be needed when residue has spread or the source is hidden.

Wear beyond the service limit

Brake pads, tires, belts, bushings, mounts, filters, plugs, and batteries do not all wear at the same rate. Measurements and condition determine whether an item is due now, can be monitored, or needs a separate repair. Safety-related wear is clearly prioritized.

Warning or abnormal behavior

A warning light, misfire, vibration, noise, weak AC, overheating, hard starting, or transmission concern needs diagnosis. The service can still include maintenance that is genuinely due, but maintenance and fault repair are quoted as separate decisions.

If an added repair is approved, the estimate should name the part, labor, fluids, programming, calibration, and related hardware where applicable. If it is declined, the invoice records the service completed and the advisory condition. This gives the customer a usable maintenance record without suggesting that an unresolved safety concern has been repaired.

Dubai driving conditions

Service needs in Dubai conditions

High ambient temperature increases demand on engine oil, coolant, batteries, AC systems, tires, and rubber components. Slow traffic adds idling and cooling load. Dust can affect air and cabin filters, while repeated short trips may prevent the engine and exhaust system from reaching stable operating temperature. These conditions do not justify replacing every item early, but they make condition checks and correct fluid specifications important.

Before summer travel, check coolant level and condition, visible leaks, belt condition, battery performance, tire pressure and damage, AC output, and the engine oil level using the vehicle procedure. Before a long highway trip, report vibration, steering pull, brake change, temperature movement, or recent fluid loss. A planned service is the right time to identify these concerns, but a severe warning should be handled before the trip rather than waiting for routine maintenance.

For vehicles used infrequently, time can matter even when mileage is low. Fluids absorb moisture, batteries discharge, tires age, seals dry, and fuel quality can change. The service plan should consider both elapsed time and actual use.
