Indicative parts and fitted prices

These indicative AED ranges are before VAT; 5% VAT is not included in the displayed prices. “Part only” covers one named part without fitting. “Fitted total” covers that part and ordinary installation. The written quote confirms the payable total. These are estimates for common specifications, subject to the exact vehicle, chosen part and stock. Your written quote confirms the full price and any extra hardware, fluid, programming, alignment or related repair before an order.

Part or repairPart onlyIndicative fitted total
Engine air or cabin filter, one itemAED 76–335AED 145–475
12V vehicle batteryAED 335–1,715AED 430–2,000
Front brake pads, one axleAED 240–1,525AED 475–2,095
Control arm or suspension link, one itemAED 285–1,715AED 570–2,285
Starter motor or alternator, one unitAED 620–3,335AED 950–4,285
Shock absorber or strut, one itemAED 475–2,855AED 855–3,620
AC compressor, one unitAED 855–3,810AED 1,525–5,240

The vehicle specification, brand, condition, access and related work change the total. An AC compressor repair may also need refrigerant, flushing or a drier; a body panel or lamp needs an exact part match and may need paint or calibration. These items are quoted after checking the vehicle. We confirm availability and the complete price before you approve an order.

How we confirm car part fitment

Two cars with the same model name can have different brake sizes, connectors, batteries or suspension. We start with the model and part or symptom, then check the year, engine, production details and fitted system as needed. An old-part number, VIN or photo can settle a match; we ask for those details only when relevant.

A warning code or noise alone does not prove which component has failed. If the cause is uncertain, the free initial workshop inspection can establish the next test before you commit to a part. A specialist test or dismantling, if needed, is explained and priced before paid work.

  • Part number, mounting points and left or right position
  • Connector, output, size and compatible specification
  • Seals, fasteners, fluids and related wear items
  • Any coding, calibration or alignment after fitting

Part condition and price

Choose the right type of replacement

We identify the quoted option and explain where price, suitability and condition differ. “OEM” is not proof that every product from an original-equipment supplier is identical to the part fitted at the factory.

OptionWhat you receiveWhat to check
GenuineVehicle-brand packaged partExact part number, included hardware and supplier terms
Original-equipment supplierPart sold under a supplier brandProduct line and specification, not the supplier name alone
AftermarketReplacement from another makerFit, quality and support for the intended use
Used originalPart removed from another vehicleCondition, matching numbers and return terms; often more relevant to panels or trim
ReconditionedPreviously used unit repaired or rebuiltWhat was renewed, testing, core exchange and stated warranty

Repairing the existing assembly may be possible in some cases; in others replacement is safer or more economical. We discuss the actual fault, expected labour and available parts before recommending a route.

From enquiry to handover

From parts quote to installation

Local stock may be available quickly; an unusual genuine, electronic or older-model part can take longer. We confirm supplier lead time before asking you to approve an order.

  1. Tell us what you need

Start with your vehicle model and the part or symptom. We request a VIN, old-part number or photos if matching needs them.

  2. Review the options and total

We identify the suitable part type, stock position, lead time, parts-only price or installed total, and any separate work. Special-order deposit and return terms are stated before ordering.

  3. Approve fitting

Once the scope is agreed, we arrange the part and workshop visit or collection. If inspection reveals another issue, you review the revised price before extra work.

  4. Check and collect

After installation, the relevant function, fit or road behaviour is checked. The invoice identifies the supplied part and work, with any applicable warranty and supplier conditions.

Supply plus installation

When fitting needs more than a new part

Some jobs also require seals, fasteners, fluid, programming or alignment. For example, replacing a suspension arm may require an alignment check; a battery may require vehicle-specific setup. We list the relevant work in the installed quote rather than treating the box price as the finished repair.

If you already bought a part, we can review its fit, condition and completeness before agreeing to install it. Terms for a faulty or incorrect customer-supplied item differ from those for a part supplied by the workshop; ask for the applicable terms in the quote.

Before you place an order

Questions about parts and orders

Can I buy a part without installation?

Ask for a parts-only quote. We confirm the exact item, price, stock and collection or delivery terms. Fitting, testing and related materials are separate unless your quote includes them.

Can you fit a part I bought elsewhere?

We can review the part before agreeing to fit it. Its condition, match, completeness and any warranty or responsibility for an incorrect supplied item must be clear before work starts.

What if the part is a special order?

We check availability and lead time with the supplier. If a deposit, exchange core or restriction on returns applies, the quote should state it before you approve the order.

Do you keep parts in stock, and how long will an order take?

We check the exact part with local suppliers before promising availability. A common maintenance item may be quick to obtain; uncommon body, electronic or older-model parts can take longer. We confirm the expected lead time when we quote.

What if a part does not fit or needs returning?

Tell us before fitting or modifying the item. We compare the ordered number and vehicle details, then check the supplier’s return terms. Special-order, electrical, used and customer-supplied parts can have different conditions, which should be explained before purchase.

What warranty applies?

Coverage depends on the exact item, its condition, the supplier and whether we installed it. We state the applicable terms and exclusions for your job on the quote or invoice; there is no single warranty for all new, used and reconditioned parts.

Ask for the part and fitted quote

Tell us the vehicle model and the part or problem. We will confirm what else is needed to match it, check availability and explain the part-only or installed total before you approve the order.

What to send

Model and year, a short symptom or part description, and a photo if you have one. The VIN or old-part number can follow when matching requires it.
