Parts and workmanship scopeKnow what your written quote includes
A useful repair quote should identify the affected system, selected parts basis, labor, required fluids, seals, programming, calibration, testing, and significant exclusions. Comparing parts-only prices can be misleading when installation or electronic setup is required.
Parts choice
Genuine, OEM-quality, aftermarket, reconditioned, and suitable used parts can differ in price and availability. Not every option is appropriate for every system. The quote should state the proposed basis and any related components needed for reliable installation.
Programming and calibration
Battery replacement, electronic modules, steering components, suspension height work, transmission controls, and driver-assistance systems may require registration, coding, setup, or calibration. We include this when it is part of the approved repair.
Final checks
Relevant leak checks, fluid-level checks, diagnostic review, stationary operation, wheel alignment, calibration, and road testing help verify the completed work. Testing is chosen for the repair and the condition of the car.
