The windscreen opening sits beside finished body surfaces, dashboard materials, roof trim, cameras and delicate moldings. We cover the working area, disconnect or move attached equipment correctly and inspect the delivered glass before the old windscreen is removed.
After removal, the body flange is cleaned and checked. Existing adhesive is prepared according to the bonding system rather than scraped indiscriminately. Any corrosion or previous Lamborghini body damage is reported before new glass is fitted because adhesive cannot correct a damaged mounting surface.

Prevent wind noise, water leaks and visual distortion
Wind noise can come from a molding, gap, cowl panel, door seal or roof area, so not every sound after a previous replacement proves the glass itself is wrong. We inspect the bond and surrounding trim as one system. Water testing is controlled so the source can be followed instead of flooding the area.
Visual distortion is different from normal laminated-glass reflections. The driver’s viewing area should not create distracting waves or double images. If the supplied glass has unacceptable optical quality, installation should not be used to hide that defect.
A complete bond also supports body sealing. We look for consistent placement and clean finishing, not excessive visible sealant. Interior pillars, headliner edges and the dashboard area should be returned clean and properly seated.

Follow the stated safe-drive-away time
The adhesive must reach the required strength before normal driving. The safe-drive-away time depends on the product and conditions, so follow the instruction given at handover. Avoid slamming doors, strong pressure washing and disturbing retention tape or moldings during the first curing period.
Check the windscreen from the driver’s seat for clarity. Confirm the mirror, automatic wipers, cameras and nearby trim operate normally. If water, wind noise, loose trim, optical distortion or a new warning appears, contact the workshop promptly. Early inspection makes it easier to identify whether the concern comes from bonding, trim, glass or another vehicle area.
