Estimated suspension repair costs

These estimated fitted prices include parts and routine labor before VAT for the work stated. The written quote adds 5% VAT. They are budget guidance, not fixed quotes. The free initial workshop inspection identifies the failed component, and your written estimate sets the parts, labor, VAT and total before you approve the repair.

Initial workshop inspection Free
Visual and accessible play checks. Advanced testing or dismantling is quoted before it begins.
Shocks or struts AED 855–4,285 per axle
Estimated pair of conventional dampers, routine fitting before VAT. Mounts, springs, electronic damping and alignment are separate unless included in your quote.
Control arms or bushings AED 620–3,335 per axle
Estimated affected parts, routine fitting before VAT. The number of arms, pressed bushings and ball joints changes the total.
Coil springs AED 760–2,095 per axle
Estimated matched spring pair, routine fitting before VAT. Struts, mounts, damaged seats and alignment are additional when needed.
Stabilizer links AED 285–855 per pair
Estimated links, routine fitting before VAT. A sway-bar bushing, damaged bar or other loose joint is a different job.
Air strut or spring AED 2,095–6,475 per corner
Estimated one confirmed failed unit, fitting, leak and ride-height checks before VAT. Compressor, valve block and other corners are not included.
Air compressor AED 1,525–4,760 for one unit
Estimated compatible compressor and routine fitting before VAT. Leak diagnosis, dryer or relay work, and calibration depend on the fault.
Four-wheel alignment AED 240–430 per car
Estimated measurement and adjustment of available angles before VAT after loose parts are repaired. Extra correction parts or calibration are separate.

The quote specifies whether alignment or calibration is included. Vehicle design, part availability, genuine or suitable alternative parts, electronic controls and hidden damage can change the final total. Air lines and connections can sometimes be repaired, but the fitted cost depends on the leak location and access.

A written estimate lets you compare suitable parts, fitting and follow-up checks before approving the repair.

The right work for the fault

Suspension repairs we carry out

A noise or low corner does not identify a failed part on its own. We inspect the relevant wheel, compare both sides and recommend the smallest suitable repair.

Shocks and struts

We check for fluid leaks, poor damping, damaged mounts and spring seats. A failed sealed damper is usually replaced. When both sides are worn, a matched pair may restore more even control; we explain the choice before fitting.

Control arms, bushings and joints

Play, torn rubber or a loose ball joint can cause knocking, movement under braking and changing wheel angles. A serviceable bushing may be replaced separately; an arm assembly may be the better choice when the joint or arm itself has failed.

Springs and ride height

We inspect a low corner for a broken coil, poor seating, worn spring pad or related damper damage. Spring matching and the opposite side’s condition matter when choosing parts and checking the final height.

Air and adaptive suspension

Leaks at a bag, strut, line or valve can resemble a compressor or height-sensor fault. We check pressure loss, operating behavior and fault information where supported before choosing a repair, refurbished unit or new part.

Tell us what changed

Signs your suspension needs inspection

Describe the symptom and when it happens. The same sound can come from different parts, so diagnosis starts with the vehicle rather than a parts list.

Knocking over bumps

Links, mounts, bushings, ball joints or even a loose undertray can make a similar sound. We locate play and inspect the surrounding corner before recommending replacement.

One corner sits low

A spring, leaking air component, sensor or uneven load may be involved. A compressor can work overtime if a leak is left untreated, so locate the loss before replacing it.

Wandering or poor stability

Worn joints and dampers, tires and steering faults can overlap. If control changes suddenly, stop safely and arrange an assessment.

Uneven or cupped tire wear

Ride height, damping, tire condition and wheel angles all matter. A loose arm can prevent a wheel alignment from holding, so the worn part may need repair first.

What the inspection tells you

Repair or replace suspension parts?

We compare the fault, the part’s condition and the cost of a lasting fix. This avoids replacing an entire system for a serviceable component or fitting a new part beside an unresolved fault.

Repair a serviceable part
A separate bushing, air line or connection may be repaired when the design allows and the surrounding component remains sound. We include fitting and the checks required to confirm the fault has stopped.
Replace a failed assembly
A leaking sealed damper, fractured spring, unsafe joint or failed strut may need replacement. We explain whether one corner, a pair or another connected part is needed, with suitable genuine, OE-supplier or alternative options where available.
Check the result
After fitting, we check fasteners, clearances, ride height and road behavior where safe. Alignment or air-system calibration is carried out when required and included in the approved quote.

Match the parts and check the result

Some vehicles have electronically controlled dampers or air springs that need model-specific procedures. We verify the fitted system before ordering parts. A warning code alone is not proof that a strut, compressor or control module has failed.

Once the approved repair is fitted, we check the height and road behavior. Alignment is advised where the repaired parts affect wheel angles; air systems may need a defined fill or height-calibration procedure. Those items appear on your written quote when required.

From enquiry to handover

How suspension repair works

Tell us the model and symptom. We arrange the workshop visit or free pickup and delivery, then confirm any separate on-site inspection terms if that is the safer starting point.

  1. 01

    Request suspension repair

Call or message with the model, what changed and your preferred visit or pickup.

  2. 02

    Check the suspension

The free initial workshop inspection checks accessible wear. We explain and quote deeper tests first if needed.

  3. 03

    Choose the fitted repair

Review the failed parts, repair choices, fitted price, VAT, timing and any alignment or calibration before work starts.

  4. 04

    Repair and verify

We fit approved parts, check the result and explain the work and any remaining recommendations at handover.

Common mechanical repairs may be completed after the parts arrive; air-system diagnosis, calibration or special-order components can take longer. We give a job-specific timeframe after inspection and checking availability.

Know what you are paying for

What your repair quote includes

The cost of one corner differs from a pair or an entire axle. We show the quantity and part choice, then keep extra work separate so the estimate is easy to compare.

Parts and quantity
The quote identifies each damaged component, side or corner, and whether a genuine, OE-supplier, suitable alternative or approved refurbished part is offered. Stock and suitability are checked for your vehicle.
Fitting and taxes
Removal, installation, routine consumables and VAT are itemized. Additional mounting parts, a seized bolt or a newly found fault needs an explanation and approval before the cost changes.
Tests and finishing
We state the checks included after repair and whether wheel alignment, air-system calibration or another test is needed. A free initial inspection does not make advanced diagnosis or an on-site visit automatically free.

When not to continue driving

Arrange help for a collapsed or unstable car

Stop in a safe place if a wheel sits at an abnormal angle, a tire touches the body, a spring is broken, one air-suspension corner has collapsed, or steering control has changed sharply. Avoid further driving and call the workshop so we can help arrange a suitable next step. Vehicle recovery may be needed for an unsafe car.

For less severe knocking or uneven wear, book an inspection soon. Continued movement at a joint or bushing can affect the tire and nearby parts. The workshop inspection is free, pickup and delivery are free, and a dedicated on-site assessment can be arranged under separate visit terms.

We work on conventional coils and dampers, multilink layouts, adaptive suspension and air systems where fitted. The vehicle’s actual equipment determines parts and procedures; the model name alone does not guarantee a particular system.

Suspension repair questions

How much does suspension repair cost in Dubai?

A fitted pair of shocks or struts is estimated at AED 855–4,285 per axle, arms or bushings at AED 620–3,335 per axle, an air strut or spring at AED 2,095–6,475 per corner, and a compressor at AED 1,525–4,760. These estimates are before VAT for the work stated; the written quote adds 5% VAT and confirms the payable total.

Is the suspension inspection free?

The initial workshop inspection is free. We quote advanced testing, dismantling or a dedicated on-site visit separately when needed.

Can a worn bushing be repaired without replacing the arm?

Sometimes. If the vehicle design allows separate bushing replacement and the arm and joint remain sound, a bushing repair may be suitable. We compare the fitted cost and condition with a complete arm.

Do shock absorbers need to be replaced in pairs?

A matched pair often gives more even damping when both sides are worn. We check the opposite side, design and available parts before recommending one or two.

Does the price include wheel alignment?

Only if alignment is listed on the written estimate. It may be needed after a repair that changes wheel geometry, but it does not correct a loose or damaged component.

Can you repair air suspension?

Yes. We check for leaks and assess struts, compressor operation, valves, lines and height sensors before choosing a serviceable repair or replacement part.

How long will the repair take?

Timing depends on the fault, parts availability and whether alignment or calibration is required. We confirm a practical timeframe with the repair estimate.

How do I arrange pickup or an inspection?

Call or WhatsApp +971 50 608 7150 with the vehicle model, symptom and preferred workshop visit or pickup details. Free pickup and delivery can be arranged; a dedicated on-site inspection has separate visit terms.
