Inner-edge wear
Wide tires and performance geometry can hide severe wear on the inside shoulder. Alignment, ride height, suspension movement, pressure, and driving use should be reviewed before the replacement set is fitted.

Grip problems leave clues
Performance tires operate as part of a system with the wheel, hub, suspension, alignment, pressure monitoring, and electronic controls. We read the wear pattern and reported behavior before recommending a new tire or set.
Wide tires and performance geometry can hide severe wear on the inside shoulder. Alignment, ride height, suspension movement, pressure, and driving use should be reviewed before the replacement set is fitted.
Imbalance, flat spotting, tire distortion, wheel runout, hub fit, bearing condition, and suspension movement can create similar vibration. The speed and conditions in which it appears help focus the inspection.
A bulge, cut, exposed reinforcement, or split after a pothole or curb impact can make the tire unsafe. The wheel lip, barrel, alignment, and nearby suspension points should be checked at the same visit.
The cause may be a puncture, valve leak, bead leak, sensor seal, damaged wheel, temperature change, or sensor fault. A reset alone will not solve active pressure loss.
Temporary vibration may reduce as tires warm, but persistent flat spotting, cracking, age, or internal distortion requires inspection. Long storage also makes correct pressure and battery support important.
Different constructions, tread depths, compounds, or ratings can change steering response and stability. Front and rear specifications must remain appropriate for the model’s intended setup.
Do not continue at speed with a bulge, exposed cord, separation, rapid pressure loss, heavy vibration, or a tire rubbing the body. Arrange collection if safe movement cannot be confirmed.
Decode the full fitment
The sidewall shows width, aspect ratio, wheel diameter, load index, speed rating, and other construction information. Ferrari fitments may also use a manufacturer-developed tire variant. A familiar brand name does not confirm that two products have the same construction or intended behavior.
Many Ferrari models use different front and rear sizes. Reversing positions, mixing unsuitable variants, or changing rolling circumference without checking the complete setup can affect handling and electronic systems.

Estimated fitted prices
These market-based ranges include 5% VAT for the stated work. Exact size, front or rear position, product line, manufacturer marking, speed rating, stock, manufacture date, wheel condition, and pressure-sensor work affect the final total.
We quote the exact tire product and quantity. Alignment, wheel straightening, rim refinishing, sensor replacement, and suspension work are listed separately when inspection shows they are needed.
Preserve handling balance
One tire may be suitable when the matching product is available and the other tire on the axle is nearly new, undamaged, and close in tread depth. Age and compound condition still need comparison.
A matched pair keeps construction, pattern, and grip consistent across the axle. This is often the cleaner choice when the opposite tire has meaningful wear or the exact older product is unavailable.
Four tires are appropriate when the set is aged, tread differences are substantial, products are mixed, or a new baseline is needed for storage and driving use. Staggered front and rear sizes remain correctly assigned.
The newest tires are not selected by price alone. Wet braking, heat behavior, steering response, road noise, ride, tread life, and intended use can shift the best choice. We provide available alternatives with the important differences stated plainly.
Pressure should be checked when the tires are in the condition specified for the vehicle, not immediately after a hard drive when heat has raised the reading. An incorrect cold pressure can change steering feel, shoulder wear, braking, and heat buildup. A repeated loss should be treated as a leak until the tire, valve, bead, sensor seal, and wheel have been checked.
During extended storage, correct pressure, a clean level surface, periodic condition checks, and avoiding long periods on an underinflated tire help reduce flat spotting and sidewall stress. Before returning to normal driving, inspect for cracking, deformation, pressure loss, and age rather than assuming unused tread remains safe.
Careful wheel handling
Low-profile tires, wide wheels, sensitive finishes, pressure sensors, and staggered positions require controlled handling. Before removal, we note visible wheel damage and tire position. After fitting, pressure and torque are set correctly and the vehicle is checked for warnings.
Measure tread, read age, check sidewalls, record axle positions, and inspect wheels for impact or finish damage.
Match sizes, ratings, construction, intended variant, date, and available alternatives before approval.
Mount tires with suitable equipment, service valves as listed, balance assemblies, and protect the wheel finish.
Apply the correct pressure procedure, tighten wheels correctly, and check the monitoring system.
Explain alignment, wheel, suspension, or follow-up needs identified from wear and road behavior.
Same-day fitting may be possible when the exact specification is available and workshop capacity allows. Rare sizes or a particular manufacturer-developed variant may require ordering. Availability is confirmed before the visit where possible.
Realistic planning scenarios
These scenarios are budgeting guides and are not represented as completed repairs.
Typical job estimate
Four matched staggered performance tires, standard valve service, careful mounting, road-force-style balancing where suitable, pressure reset, and final torque check.
AED 12,600 including VATTypical job estimate
Two rear tires in the required performance specification, fitting and balancing, rear wheels checked for runout, and alignment measurements reviewed.
AED 7,350 including VATTypical job estimate
One front tire replaced to match a nearly new opposite tire, wheel inspected after impact, assembly balanced, pressure system checked, and front alignment measured.
AED 3,675 including VATPerformance fitment by model
We can check tire options for 458, 488, F8, Roma, Portofino, California, 812, GTC4Lusso, Purosangue, and other Ferrari models. Wheel diameter, stagger, pressure, manufacturer marking, and permitted alternatives differ by model and year.
Road use, weekend driving, long storage, frequent highway travel, and track activity place different priorities on grip, warm-up behavior, wet braking, comfort, and aging. Tell us how the car is used so the available choices can be compared properly.
For broader service, visit our Ferrari repair Dubai page. If the tire problem followed a collision or curb impact, see Ferrari accident repair for body, wheel, and suspension assessment.

Our workshop is in Al Quoz 4. Free pickup and delivery is available across Dubai. A dedicated on-site inspection may be arranged for an initial tire assessment, while fitting, balancing, wheel measurement, and alignment are completed with workshop equipment.

Questions before tire fitting
A performance tire supplied and fitted is estimated at AED 1,575–4,200 each. A matched four-tire package may range from AED 6,300–16,800. Exact sizes, product variant, rating, date, and availability determine the written total.
Some Ferrari setups use a manufacturer-developed tire variant. Suitability depends on the specific model, year, wheel setup, and approved alternatives. We compare the complete specification rather than assuming every tire from the same brand is identical.
Sometimes. The same product must be available, and the opposite tire on the axle should be nearly new, undamaged, compatible, and close in tread depth. Otherwise, an axle pair may preserve more consistent grip.
A small tread-area puncture may be repairable after the tire is removed and inspected internally. Sidewall, shoulder, large, repeated, run-flat-damaged, or structural damage normally requires replacement.
Alignment is priced separately because it is not required for every tire purchase. It is recommended when wear is uneven, the car pulls, the steering is off center, or wheel, suspension, and steering work has been completed.
Temporary tire flat spotting can occur after storage, but persistent vibration can involve tire distortion, imbalance, wheel runout, hub fit, bearings, or suspension. We check the assembly before recommending replacement.
We can assess wheel runout, bends, cracks, finish damage, and tire-seat condition. Any straightening, crack repair, refinishing, or replacement is quoted separately because the safe method depends on the wheel and damage.
Send the Ferrari model, year, clear photos of the complete front and rear sidewall markings, and the number of tires needed. Mention a warning, vibration, impact, or pressure loss. That is enough to begin.
