Know the likely trip cost

Estimated car recovery prices

These are market-based planning ranges for a single Dubai pickup and delivery, including routine loading for the stated trip, before VAT. They are not fixed Auto Repair UAE dispatch prices. Your actual quote depends on both locations, vehicle size and condition, access, equipment and time.

Local standard recovery AED 145–335 per trip
Accessible passenger car, short Dubai route and normal loading. Locked wheels, winching and extended waiting are outside this estimate.
Longer Dubai tow AED 285–570 per trip
Pickup and delivery farther apart within Dubai, with a car that can be loaded normally. Actual distance and road access set the quote.
Flatbed recovery AED 240–620 per trip
One passenger car carried with its wheels off the road. Low clearance, extra weight, wheel damage or special positioning can increase the charge.
Basement or difficult access AED 335–855+ per trip
Height restriction, ramp angle, tight maneuvering, locked wheels or equipment needed to reach the car safely.
Sand pullout AED 240–715+ per visit
Accessible vehicle on suitable terrain. Recovery from deep, remote or unsafe ground needs a location-specific equipment quote.
Roadside jump start AED 95–240 per visit
Accessible car with a suitable battery-related no-start. Battery replacement, diagnosis or towing is separate if required.

Ask what is included in the payable total: pickup, destination, loading, any toll or access charge, VAT, waiting and any winching. A vehicle moved to our workshop may receive a free initial inspection there, but emergency recovery remains a separate charge. Workshop repairs and parts need a separate approved estimate.

Choose the appropriate help

Roadside help or vehicle transport

Tell us what happened; you do not need to identify the failed part or choose a truck yourself. We determine whether roadside help, controlled loading or a flatbed is appropriate.

Breakdown or no-start
A car that stalls, overheats, loses fluid or will not start may need towing. A simple discharged battery may suit roadside help, but repeated jump starts can hide a charging or electrical fault. If the car comes to our workshop, battery testing and replacement can be assessed separately.
Accident or damaged wheel
A bent wheel, broken suspension, dragging trim or locked steering changes loading. Share the visible condition and location; do not drive if the wheel position, braking or control is abnormal.
Restricted parking or sand
Basement height, narrow ramps, gates and a car that cannot roll affect truck choice. For a sand pullout, the exact position and ground condition matter. Photos help when safe, but are optional for the first call.
Planned vehicle transport
A non-running, low or recently repaired car may need transport even without a roadside emergency. We confirm the destination, loading points and availability for that vehicle before arranging the trip.

Safety comes first

When to stop driving

Stop safely and arrange help for a red oil-pressure warning, overheating, heavy fluid loss, smoke, braking difficulty, severe steering changes, a damaged wheel or a car that will not engage drive correctly. Continuing can damage nearby components or leave the vehicle harder to move.

After a collision, do not move a vehicle if doing so is unsafe or conflicts with police or road-authority directions. If you are beside moving traffic, prioritize people over the car and follow official instructions. Tell us whether the car is in a live lane or restricted area so we can explain what can happen after the scene is made safe.

From request to delivery

How recovery is arranged

We check a suitable truck and its current availability for your pickup point. The advisor then confirms a price and expected arrival before you agree to dispatch.

  1. 01

    Send the pickup pin

Call or message the location. Add a parking floor or entrance when relevant.

  2. 02

    Confirm truck and ETA

We check access, whether the car rolls, available equipment and an arrival window for your location.

  3. 03

    Approve the trip price

Review the payable total, delivery address and any special loading before dispatch.

  4. 04

    Transport to your destination

The vehicle is loaded, secured and taken to the agreed address. Workshop assessment is separate from transport.

Sending a WhatsApp request starts an enquiry, not a confirmed dispatch. If conditions at the pickup point differ from the information given, the operator explains a necessary change and any extra cost before continuing.

Match the method to the car

Flatbed or standard tow?

A standard tow may suit an accessible car that rolls and steers and has no wheel or suspension damage. Flatbed transport can be preferable for low-clearance or damaged vehicles, many all-wheel-drive cars, and models whose manufacturer instructions do not permit driven wheels to roll on the road.

We ask about wheel movement, ride height, vehicle size and any loose parts so the loading plan matches the car. A locked transmission, missing key, collapsed air suspension or accident damage can require special handling. The vehicle’s actual manual and condition determine the safe approach; a badge alone does not.

Roadside help can get a straightforward battery or usable spare-wheel problem moving without towing. It is not a substitute for transporting a car with overheating, oil-pressure loss, collision damage or uncertain control.

What changes the recovery quote

Distance alone does not explain every recovery price. These details determine the vehicle, equipment and time needed for safe loading.

Route and destination
A short tow to Al Quoz differs from a cross-city trip. Tell us where the car should be delivered and whether that address can receive it; storage, repeat delivery and waiting are not assumed in a basic trip.
Access and movement
A height barrier, narrow turn, steep ramp, locked wheels, stuck parking brake or vehicle buried in sand can require more than normal loading. A photo can help when taking one is safe.
Vehicle condition
Weight, low ride height, broken suspension, damaged underbody or a loose bumper affect the truck and securing method. The quote should identify any winching or special positioning before it begins.
Timing and VAT
Recovery dispatch has no fixed hours. Call to check whether a suitable truck is available now. Once your pickup pin and the truck are confirmed, we give an estimated arrival window; traffic and access can change it. Late, remote or time-consuming work may cost more. We confirm the pre-VAT trip price, 5% VAT and payable total before dispatch.

After the vehicle arrives

Choose the delivery destination

You can request our Al Quoz 4 workshop or another suitable address. Confirm that the destination can accept the vehicle before the truck leaves.

Our workshop

We can receive a broken-down car for a free initial inspection. That first assessment helps identify the next repair decision; advanced dismantling, diagnostics, parts and labor are quoted separately. If the cause is unclear, a car inspection and diagnostics visit may follow.

Free pickup and delivery for planned workshop service is a separate convenience offer. It does not make chargeable emergency roadside recovery free, even if the car is brought to our workshop. We will explain both services before arranging either.

Another destination

Home, another workshop, a body-repair facility or another suitable location may be agreed. Tell us if the receiving site has closed gates, restricted parking or limited opening hours. If the vehicle has accident damage, keep to any insurer or authority instructions that apply to the handover.

You do not need to choose the repair before booking recovery. The destination and transport price are agreed first; later workshop work requires its own approval.

While help is arranged

Keep pickup details simple

Once a truck is assigned, a few access details help its operator find and load the car safely.

At the roadside

Share the direction of travel, nearby exit or landmark if the pin may place you on the wrong carriageway. Keep passengers in a protected place away from moving traffic. Do not stand in a live lane to direct the recovery truck or attempt to push a damaged car through traffic.

At home or in parking

Mention the floor, entrance, height restriction or gate contact when applicable. If the car cannot select Neutral, a wheel is locked, or the steering will not turn, tell us when you can. Do not crawl beneath the car or handle leaking fuel, high-voltage equipment or unstable parts to prepare it.

Photos are useful for collision damage, a very low vehicle, sand or a tight basement, but take them only when safe. Keep your phone available in case the operator needs to identify the correct entrance or vehicle.

Questions before dispatch

Car recovery questions

How much does car recovery cost in Dubai?

A straightforward short Dubai trip is estimated at AED 145–335. Flatbed and difficult-access recoveries often cost more. The planning ranges exclude VAT for the routine work stated on this page; 5% VAT is added to the dispatch quote; your location, vehicle and destination determine the dispatch quote.

How do I request recovery?

Call +971 50 608 7150 or send a WhatsApp request with your pickup location. We check truck availability, suitable loading, the payable trip price and an arrival estimate before confirming dispatch.

Can you recover a car from a basement?

It may be possible. Ceiling height, ramp angle, turning space, wheel movement and available loading room determine the equipment. Send the entrance details and a photo if safe.

Should an all-wheel-drive car use a flatbed?

Many all-wheel-drive models require their driven wheels to be kept off the road during transport. We check the vehicle instructions, drivetrain condition and access before choosing a flatbed or another protected method.

Can the car go to your workshop?

Yes, delivery to Auto Repair UAE in Al Quoz 4 can be arranged. Emergency recovery has its own charge; the initial workshop inspection is free and any repair is quoted separately.

Is a jump start enough for a no-start?

Sometimes. A simple discharged battery may respond, but repeated no-starts, charging warnings, damaged cables, overheating or stalling need inspection. Transport may be safer when the car will not stay running reliably.

What if the wheels are locked or the car sits low?

Tell us before loading. Wheel skates, different positioning or a suitable flatbed may be needed, subject to access and equipment availability. We explain any change to the agreed method or price first.

Is recovery the same as free pickup and delivery?

No. Free pickup and delivery is available for planned workshop service. Emergency roadside recovery, special loading and transport to an agreed destination are quoted separately.
