Heavy brake dust, bonded deposits, pet hair, set-in stains, odour treatment, extraction, polishing and coatings are separate. Interior-only cleaning can be quoted after we know the cabin condition.

Protect delicate surfaces
Let us know if the car has fresh paint, matte paint, a wrap, paint protection film or a ceramic coating. Loose film edges, peeling paint, cracked lamps, damaged seals or loose trim need a different approach from ordinary dirt. We check what can be cleaned safely before using products or contact on those areas.
For the cabin, mention leather, delicate trim, child seats, a recent spill or a water leak. A routine interior wipe should not soak electrical controls or disguise damage under a wet surface. Some marks remain after a wash; we will explain when a separate cleaning or repair is needed.

Choose by the result you want
When is a wash enough?
A routine wash removes loose dust and normal road film. It will not remove a scratch, repair damaged upholstery or guarantee an old stain disappears.
- Ordinary dirt
- Choose the exterior wash or a combined wash if the cabin also needs vacuuming and an accessible surface wipe.
- Ground-in cabin dirt or odours
- Ask about interior detailing. A deeper clean can include material-appropriate extraction or controlled steam and drying where suitable. Those methods are not included in the routine wash.
- Swirls or dull paint
- Cleaning reveals the finish; car polishing is a separate assessment for suitable surface defects. Deep scratches, peeling paint and dents need repair rather than stronger washing.
From arrival to handover
How we wash your car
We confirm the car, the cleaning areas and any special finish before starting. Wheel dirt and lower-panel grit are kept away from the tools used on painted surfaces. The exact product and contact method are chosen for the finish and contamination, not one method for every vehicle.
- Check and prepare
- Note loose trim, damaged seals, sensitive areas and the agreed exterior or cabin work.
- Clean the selected areas
- Remove loose dirt before contact, wash the body and exterior glass, clean accessible wheel faces and complete any agreed basic interior vacuum and wipe.
- Dry and review
- Check glass, mirrors, wheels and the agreed cabin areas. Explain any stain or finish defect that remains after normal cleaning.
We confirm the expected wash or pickup window when you book; vehicle size and condition affect the time needed. If you also need a mechanical check or a mobile assessment, mention that separately when arranging your wash.

A larger car or SUV exterior wash can reach AED 105 while a combined wash for a larger vehicle is quoted after checking the cabin. Extra contamination is priced separately before work.
Can you clean only the interior?
Yes. Tell us the car model and whether you need light vacuuming and surface cleaning or deeper work. We quote interior-only cleaning after reviewing the areas and materials; deep extraction and odour work belong to a separate detailing quote.
Will a wash remove stains or scratches?
A routine wash removes surface dirt. Set-in stains can need material-specific cleaning, and scratches or worn paint need a separate paint assessment. We will explain the likely limit before extra work.
Can you wash a wrapped or ceramic-coated car?
Tell us about the wrap or coating and any damaged edge before washing. We check the finish and select suitable products and contact methods; loose film or damaged paint may need attention first.
How long will my wash take?
We confirm the expected visit or collection window when we know the vehicle size, condition and selected cleaning. Extra contamination or delicate finishes can require more time than a routine wash.
